Why we're confident

We believe the bible is written by God and is without errors. I will be putting some of the verses up here that give us comfort and confidence. My confidence is not necessarily that our babies will be born without physical issues, but we know that God is in control and that his His will will be done. I pray that we bring two healthy babies into the world who grow up experiencing Christ’s love, make personal decisions to accept Him, and love others enough for them to follow suit.

These verses are from the New American Standard Bible (NASB) unless otherwise noted:

Philippians 1:6

For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

Psalm 139:13-16

For You formed my inward parts;

You wove me in my mother’s womb.

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

Wonderful are Your works,

And my soul knows it very well.

My frame was not hidden from You,

When I was made in secret,

And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth;

Your eyes have seen my unformed substance;

And in Your book were all written

The days that were ordained for me,

When as yet there was not one of them.
