Scarlett
Grayson
We had a GREAT day today! Grayson hasn't had a documented spell since he was on the vent! He was a little feisty this morning but nothing like yesterday. I was able to hold him for 3 hours this evening and he did great.

Grayson when we left.
Scarlett had a couple spells but nothing unusual. She is now big enough to be held in a swaddle. This may not sound like a big deal, but at 6 weeks old Trish held her daughter while looking in her eyes for the first time!

...and smiling!
Thank you God for an uneventful day and for the progress the babies are making. Thank you for giving Tricia and Tim a break from yesterday's stress. Please help the babies to continue moving forward...6 weeks closer to going home. Mary, our Mother, we ask you to continue to intercede for the babies and their parents. We are grateful for the positives and yearn for more. God, thank you for feisty... should we try to guess which parent gave him that trait???
ReplyDeleteTim, thanks for the pictures...they are wonderful. God bless all of you...our love and prayers continue. Hope you can get some well-deserved rest.
Hopefully as I am reading your post, you and Trish are getting some sleep. The pictures are wonderful. So happy to see Grayson and Scarlett wearing their own clothes! They are beautiful. Thank you, Jesus, for a very good day, for hearing our prayers and petitions and watching over these little ones. Mother in Heaven continue to hold them close to your heart and ask your own son to bless and provide for them.
ReplyDeleteWe are grateful! 6 weeks!
I am beginning to worry that sister dennis and my mom don't sleep anymore😛I will be adding that to the prayer list.
ReplyDeleteI am still here still reading still praying! Matthew was sick and I have been in bed for 2 days going on 3 with a fever.
Stay well everyone!
I am so happy to see these pictures and all the great news. I continue to pray for the twins to be free of infection and for god to guide these sweet little babies to learn to breathe ok their own. I pray for these amazing parents and all the nicu parents for God's love and strength and care. For everyone to be free of illness and to trust in God that he will protect them.
You all have some strong little babes! God is so good and WILL take care of you! Amazing to see these true miracles. Love you all so much and continue with prayers for your family. Please let the doctors and nurses know that they are in our prayers as well. Give the babies hugs from Auntie Brenda!
